    It’s easy to create an account with @home, you can simply Sign Up or login with your social profile.

    Setting up your accountvia Sign Up is as easy as:

    There is a possibility that you must have forgotten your password, the solution is easy - go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window, enter your registered email address. A link to reset your password will automatically be sent to you.

    Yes, you can purchase using your social media login or through guest login. However,if you create an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us the next time using your login id (your email address) and password. All your personal information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

    Simply go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.

    Order Related

    Homeware Products (Decor, Kitchen, Furnishing, etc.) will be delivered through @home’s logistics team or reputed courier services within 5 – 7 working days. These orders can be tracked online through AWB number on respective logistic partner sites.

    Furniture products will be shipped via @home’s logistic team within 7-8 working days.Delivery for furniture done through @home's logistic team and reputed assemblers takes 12-15 working days.

    Currently, furniture product orders cannot be tracked online. However, we will keep you notified via Email / SMS about the status of the order placed.

    We regularly update our product range with new items, but every once in a while, you may miss out on something. Enter your email address in the Notify Me box next to the product, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock.

    You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your order amount will be refunded. In case the product you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, it can still be cancelled online. However, there will be 2% cancellation charge levied. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back from the courier. 

    Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you.

    If you request a return/replacement through courier collection at the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the invoice for future reference before handing over the return merchandise and original invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier after processing your return/replacement request.

    Replacements through courier shall only be done for products with exactly the same price as the product being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement product requested and our Customer Care Associate will check and confirm if the product is available in stock and whether the replacement can be made against the requested product.

    Any refund against a return request made to @home customer support and collected by courier from the delivery address shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition along with the original invoice.

    After the merchandise is received by @home, the product is subjected to verification. We shall process a refund/replacement within 5 working days of the receipt of the merchandise.

    Refunds of payment charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the credit card account which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

    Most Non – Furniture merchandise can be returned at our stores. You can visit any @home store and return the merchandise in unused condition along with the original invoice. To return the furniture products, reach out to us at connect@at-home.co.in or call us on 1800-121-1414 or whatsapp us at +91 7045228234. 

    If you return any Non – Furniture merchandise purchased online or at any @home store, you shall be issued a credit note against receipt of the merchandise which may be redeemed against any purchase of an equivalent amount within 3 months.

    Please note, that the original credit note must be produced while redeeming against any purchase. We shall not be responsible in case the original credit note is misplaced or destroyed.

    The assembly will happen in 72 hours after the product is delivered to you.

    Simply select the product you to wish to buy, enter the desired pin code and submit it. You will instantly receive a popup on the serviceability and delivery timelines for that pin code.

    Also, before the payment is processed, we will do a quick double check on the pin code with our database

    We offer FREE SHIPPING for our furniture range. However, Household range can be purchased with nominal shipping charges (Rs.99/-)  
    In case you book multiple products in a single order, we will endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of product and/or the mode of delivery.

    We're sorry, the delivery address cannot be changedoncethe order has been placed. However, you can cancel the initial order and re-order with the correct delivery address.

    We only deliver to the address specified in the order.

    Yes, whoever is accepting the delivery needs to have a valid ID Proof.

    Payment

    Yes! You can place a COD order of upto Rs.5000/-

    @home’s Easy EMI Option allows you to choose to pay in 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 monthinstallments. The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is Rs 5,000. There is a processing fee charged for availing @home’s EMI payment option. On return or replacement, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by @home.

    You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same. The bank charges annual interest rates (as shown below) according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the balance outstanding.

    There are absolutely no hidden charges, you have to pay the exact amount shown in the product page. However, in case you choose cash on delivery(C-O-D) there will be an additional Rs.50 added to the product cost.
