Just think the brand like Neel Kamal, which we are hearing from our childhood before Amazon, AJIO and many other, when I called your customer care, I said to lady that I want to return this and if you want in exchange, you can give me some other thing she talk to me so weirdly and say we do not have a policy to get the product return unless and until it has some defect in it I told her that this product is not fitting to my sofa. My sofa is customise. She said me that this is our Policy company has made it a request her a lot to exchange it with you something and the quality of the cover was so bad so bad, what I say, as if we are stretching some rubber band and still, I am requesting and mailing them to initiate the written but they are not doing anything. I request you please don’t buy anything from them.
