Referral Program Details

 Registration: The architects and Interior designers will be registered with @home

• The architects and Interior designers will be registered with @home via an online form and each architect/interior designer will be given a unique identification code
• For Registration the applicants need to submit GST no. and Pan card
• As and when the required details and documents are submitted the applicant will be registered with us will receive a notification of the same

Sale:  These referral sales will be based on a commission model

• The registered architect or designer will bring a potential customer to our store and will convert the same into sale
• The architect or designer will then receive a commission on the sale. The percentage of the commission will be based on pre-defined sale slabs

PS* - Payments will be based on incremental slabs as mentioned below (The target will be an annual Commitment, sales reconciliation and commission roll out will be on quarterly basis):

• 5% on 10L
• 7% on 10-15L (incremental basis)
• 10% on 15L+ (incremental basis)

Note:

• Registration of an architect or designer on our system will be successful only once the GST, TIN, Pan card and other mandatory details are submitted.
• To initiate a sale the architect or designer will have to raise a PO in his/her firm’s name along with GST and other details against a quotation raised by @home.
• During the SO creation the architect will be shot an OTP via an SMS. This OTP needs be entered against the invoice in our system
