To order online without trying is not easy.
I was lucky to try the Scott recliner in one of the showrooms.
However on delivery I found the padding was too hard. Raised a compliant and at-home / Nilkamal team responded promptly sent two guys to fix this at my home. They were patient enough to allow me to try the cushion multiple times until I was satisfied.
Only feedback to nilkamal team is to know the customer preference on the amount of cushioning they prefer , I prefer the soft and fluffy type while others may prefer hard cushioning.
From my direct experience i feel this brand is serious about customer feedback and take due care to address issues if any.
Usually many brands just sell with no after sales support. This is one brand which takes prompt action post sales too.
